Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker caught eight of his nine targets for 145 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Washington Commanders. This was one of the best single-game fantasy performances this season, though it was somewhat aided by Las Vegas taking advantage of garbage time. Nevertheless, points are points, and managers who rostered or started Tucker will certainly appreciate his huge outing. While Tucker probably won't replicate his 145-yard, three-score game going forward, he'll still be a riser in the Week 4 fantasy rankings. He's an intriguing waiver wire option with low-end flex appeal ahead of his next game against Chicago.

Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Luther Burden III had a breakout game in Week 3 against the Dallas Cowboys. Burden III hauled in all three of his targets for 101 yards and a score in his team's first win of the 2025 season. Burden III had recorded just two catches for two yards through Chicago's first two games of the season, so this could be the breakout game that propels him into a more consistent role in the Bears' offense. The 21-year-old has plenty of target competition around him in Chicago, so it will be tough for fantasy managers to trust him until he proves this is more than a one-week blip. Still, the talented rookie is a player to monitor heading into Week 4.
