New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin earned five targets from quarterback Tim Boyle last week and should stay involved against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13. Conklin will hope to capitalize on this matchup as the Falcons have surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points per game to tight ends. With six teams on bye this week, fantasy managers may be forced to check the waiver wire for a starting option. Expectations for the Jets' offense should remain low, but Conklin can be played in a pinch.

Tennessee Titans tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo has the second-most targets (48) among Titans' pass-catchers, but it has not led to notable fantasy production this season. The second-year pro has caught just 32 passes for 251 yards and zero touchdowns in 11 games. That said, he is not on the fantasy radar in 12-team leagues despite six NFL squads being out of action on a bye this week. The switch from Ryan Tannehill to Will Levis has not spiked Okonkwo's fantasy value, so there's no reason to put him in lineups until there are promising developments surrounding his outlook.
