Value – Jalen Hurts ($5900) – Philadelphia Eagles
Thanks to the Saturday games we lose 4 potential QBs, but there are still very obvious value quarterbacks this week. That being said, we are turning once again to Eagles’ QB Jalen Hurts. Hurts had his first start last week, and he scored 23.3 Fantasy points on DraftKings against a tough Saints’ defense. Hurts wasn’t necessarily efficient through the air, but he combined 167 yards and 1 touchdown with 106 yards rushing.
This week the Eagles take on the Cardinals, who are no slouch themselves when it comes to defense. But you can’t argue that this late-season start is allowing Hurts more room to run, especially since teams haven’t had a full season to watch film on him. I’d ride that as long as you can. At $5900 Hurts is one of the cheapest QB starters this Sunday, and his rushing floor should make you happy you started him.
