Adam Randall a Dynasty Stash with a Path to Upside

Baltimore Ravens running back Adam Randall stands out from previous receivers turned running backs in that he's 6'2" and 235 pounds. While neither his background as a pass-catcher nor his impressive size consistently showed up in his one full season as a running back at Clemson, he has obvious tools with which to work and an opportunity to learn behind one of the best to ever do it. With five-time Pro Bowler Derrick Henry still projected to hold a bell cow role in first-time coordinator Declan Doyle's offense, little is expected of Randall in his first year, but with Henry turning 33 by season's end, opportunity could be on the horizon if the fifth-round rookie can continue to develop. With his unique skill set allowing him to potentially fill in for either Henry or dedicated pass-catcher Justice Hill should injuries necessitate, there is still a path for Randall to contribute in year one, but still quite new to the position, the 21-year-old rookie profiles more as a dynasty stash with potential long-term upside.

Adam Randall Well-Positioned for Dynasty Success in Baltimore?

After recording 1,068 yards from scrimmage and 13 touchdowns on 204 touches across 13 games as a senior at Clemson in 2025, running back Adam Randall was selected in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens. Veteran back Derrick Henry projects to dominate carries in Baltimore in 2026, and Justice Hill has established himself in the third-down role for the Ravens in recent years. However, Henry is entering his age-32 campaign, and Hill will hit unrestricted free agency following the 2026 season. Randall also began his career at Clemson as a wide receiver, so he could work his way into the mix alongside Henry as a receiving option out of the backfield. Fantasy managers should expect a limited role for Randall in his rookie season. Still, the situation around Randall in Baltimore makes him an intriguing long-term running back option in dynasty formats.

Ravens Select Adam Randall With 174th Pick

The Baltimore Ravens have selected Clemson running back Adam Randall with the 174th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Randall is a big-bodied back who began his collegiate career at wide receiver but led the Tigers with 809 rushing yards in 2025. At times, he still appears to be learning the position, relying on natural athleticism to get by, but he offers unique versatility, and in landing with Baltimore, he will have the opportunity to develop behind the NFL's preeminent bruiser, Derrick Henry. At 6'3" and 232 pounds, Randall can serve as a direct handcuff to the almost 32-year-old Henry to begin his career, but he has the tools to give him some standalone value, and he could find the field early as a pass-catcher.
