The Titans signed Hogan to a contract Wednesday, John Glennon of The Athletic reports.

The Saints cut Hogan on Sunday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Analysis: An undrafted rookie in 2017, Hogan has spent time with the Cardinals, Colts and Saints to date. That said, he's only been active for 10 games across three seasons, catching his only target for four yards and totaling 97 offensive snaps and 91 plays on special teams. Hogan will look to link up with the fourth organization of his career.
Hogan (hamstring) will compete for a roster spot as a depth wide receiver for the Saints in training camp, John Singler of The Lafayette Daily Advertiser reports.
Analysis: It's not new territory for Hogan as he's appeared in only 10 games over the past three seasons and has spent much of his time on practice squads. The 25-year-old played 87 offensive snaps over eight games for New Orleans last season but went down with a hamstring injury in late December. Hogan's primary competition will included Austin Carr and Lil'Jordan Humphrey.
Hogan (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Mike Triplett of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Hogan's move to IR clears a roster spot for DeShawn Shead's addition. The 24-year-old made his first career catch in Sunday's win over the Titans.
The Saints signed Hogan to the practice squad Wednesday, Amie Just of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: Hogan flashed during the preseason in Indianapolis but didn't manage to make the active roster. He'll now work to impress as a member of New Orleans' practice squad.
Hogan was released by the Colts, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: Hogan showed promise in the preseason but got caught in a numbers game amid a deep receiver corps. It's likely he'll catch on with another team or make a practice squad.
Hogan had two receptions for 36 yards on five targets in Thursday's preseason loss at Buffalo.
Analysis: Hogan appeared in two games for the Colts in 2017 before tearing an ACL and spent most of the 2018 campaign on either injured reserve or the practice squad. At 6-3 and 217 pounds, he offers a big target, but will have a hard time winning a roster spot amid a deep receiver corps.
Hogan signed a reserve/future contract with the Colts.
Analysis: Hogan appeared in two games for the Colts in 2017, but he spent most of the 2018 campaign on either injured reserve or the practice squad. He'll now have an offseason to compete for a reserve role at wideout behind T.Y. Hilton.
The Colts signed Hogan to their practice squad Friday.
Analysis: Hogan's addition to the practice squad came with the release of fellow wideout K.J. Brent. The 23-year-old was waived by Indianapolis to begin the season, and will work to earn a depth role and return to the team. Hogan played 24 total snaps on defense and special teams with the Colts last season.
The Colts waived Hogan (undisclosed) from injured reserve Saturday, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.

Hogan (foot) returned to practice Wednesday, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.

Hogan (foot) was ruled out for Monday's preseason game against Baltimore.
Analysis: Hogan was sporting a boot at practice Friday, so it's not exactly surprising to see him unavailable for Monday's game. It's unclear how severe the injury is but the 23-year-old can ill afford to be sidelined for long if he's going to push for a roster spot.
Hogan (foot) did not practice Friday and was sporting a boot on his right foot, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Analysis: Hogan played eight snaps in last Thursday's preseason opener, but he apparently was dealing with an ankle injury during a red zone drill Thursday. He still has a few days to get ready for Monday's preseason game against the Ravens, but the boot makes that seem an unlikely scenario.
