Jeff Wilson Jr – Running Back – San Francisco 49ers (4% owned) So we really are doing this again, huh? It took all of one half of football to see a 49er Running Back go down with an injury, continuing on from the injury plague that seems to haunt San Francisco year after year. Elijah Mitchell, who looked good up until he got hurt, will miss the next 6-8 weeks with an MCL sprain. The next man up is Jeff Wilson Jr, who carried the ball nine times for 22 yards and caught two passes for eight yards in Sunday’s monsoon in Chicago. Wilson has had moments of greatness as the 49er lead back, but it’s been quite a while since we’ve seen it, and Wilson himself has not been the epitome of health. Still, Wilson should be one of the top Running Back adds this week, since he should now get the lead back duties for the next few months. If he stays healthy, he has a good shot at helping your team.
