The New York Giants have reportedly fielded calls about trading wide receiver Darnell Mooney, according to Art Stapleton. Mooney signed a one-year, $3 million contract with the Giants this offseason, with expectations that he would pair with star wideout Malik Nabers on the outside. While Mooney has had a strong training camp, rookie receiver Malachi Fields' emergence could prompt the team to trade Mooney for value and let Fields operate with the starters this season. Chicago Bears wide receiver Jahdae Walker (ankle) is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 2 contest against the Detroit Lions. He had been listed as doubtful after missing practice on Friday. The 23-year-old did suit up in last week's season opener, but he only played on special teams. Chicago should have no trouble replacing him on special teams this week, and his absence has no impact on the Bears' offense or fantasy managers' lineups.
