Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond is projected to have an increased role over the next two weeks as teammate Jameson Williams serves a suspension for violating the league's performance-enhancing substance policy. Raymond had already started to see an uptick in production with Williams on the field, catching seven passes for 112 yards and one touchdown over his last two games. Still, he was only running roughly one-third of the offensive snaps over those two weeks, but that number should jump with Williams off the field. Raymond and Tim Patrick will presumably compete for the No. 2 receiver role behind Amon-Ra St. Brown until Williams is eligible to return. For the time being, Raymond is only startable in deep fantasy leagues.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers overcame his ankle injury to suit up for Week 8 and he delivered yet another 100-yard performance. In the 29-24 loss to the Cleveland Browns, he ended up with seven receptions for 115 yards on 12 targets. He didn't see any work in the ground game on this one, but he remained Lamar Jackson's top target out of all the pass-catchers. Flowers has tremendous value in PPR formats as he's posted three WR1 performances and had two without scoring a touchdown. He'll look to find the end zone in Week 9 against the Denver Broncos.
