Finishing as the WR106 looks even worse against a defense as bad as the Cincinnati Bengals though. Now, he'll take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14 who are ranked 30th against opposing receivers. They've allowed 37.39 fantasy points per contest and have let receivers accrue a total of 2,061 yards and 14 touchdowns. Flowers and the Ravens' offense have hit some very low lows this year, but his talent and the struggling Steelers secondary has given him WR2 value.
