Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (ankle, shoulder) is officially active, as expected, for the Monday night game against the Jacksonville Jaguars to close out Week 5 action, according to Matt McMullen of Chiefs.com. Worthy dislocated his right shoulder on the first offensive drive of 2025 in Week 1 and then missed Weeks 2 and 3. The speedy 22-year-old returned in last week's win over the Baltimore Ravens, but he was added to Saturday's injury report due to swelling in his ankle. The issue isn't serious for Worthy, though, and he'll be available as one of the team's top offensive weapons against the 3-1 Jags. Worthy caught five of his eight targets for 83 yards in Week 4 and added two carries for 38 yards while playing 59% of the snaps. He could be even more involved on Monday night in his second game back from his shoulder injury.

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver Travis Hunter could start to see more downfield opportunities after flashing big-play ability in Week 5's 31-28 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. The second-overall pick caught three passes for 64 yards, highlighted by a spectacular 44-yard jump-ball grab that showcased his elite athleticism and contested-catch skills. Plays like that offer a glimpse of what Hunter could become in Liam Coen's offense once his role expands. However, through five weeks, Hunter has yet to make a consistent fantasy impact. He's caught 16 of 24 targets for 182 yards and remains without a touchdown in his young career. His limited usage caps his fantasy upside for now, as he ranks 76th among receivers in snap share (60.3%) and 71st in route participation (69.7%). While his two-way ability continues to draw attention, Hunter's offensive workload remains too limited for reliable fantasy production. He's best viewed as a stash in deeper leagues, with breakout potential later in the season if his offensive role grows.
