With OTAs wrapping up, the ADP rankings are starting to shift and adjust to the recent news. Here are a couple of notable changes causing two young RBs to rise in 12-team ADP.
Lamar Miller (MIA) - ADP: 9.10
Lamar Miller has jumped up in the rankings with the news he's been practicing in the starting position over Knowshon Moreno.
There was a lot of preseason hype over Miller in 2013, his ADP was 3.09, but his performance was a bust. As a team, the Dolphins were 26th in rushing yards in 2013. Their offensive line can't get much worse, but its hard to say if it will improve enough to support any meaningful production.
Christine Michael (SEA) - ADP: 9.12
Michael has jumped up in the rankings recently on the rumors that Marshawn Lynch may retire or give up some carries to Michael. Lynch did recently show up to mini-camp, but the question marks have been planted, and for now, most are expecting Michael to make an impact in 2014.
Michael showed a lot of talent in college but his past includes injury and personality issues, so he's not a lock for guaranteed production even if he gets an opportunity.
Training camps are on the horizon, and even more shifts in value will inevitably happen. Keep practicing mock drafts to stay informed on the latest player movements.
