Joe Mixon RB (CIN)
Joe Mixon Trending toward suiting up: Mixon (ankle) took part in Saturday's team walk-through and the Bengals are optimistic he can play Sunday against the 49ers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Our take: Mixon's sprained right ankle prevented him from taking part in most of the Bengals' practices this week, but he'll get the green light to play Week 2 if he can make it through warmups Sunday without major issue. The 23-year-old's gameday status won't be formally established until the Bengals release their inactive list 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. EDT kickoff, but the expectation is that Mixon will draw the start for Cincinnati out of the backfield.
The fantasy value of Joe Mixon is measured by his average draft position (ADP). The graph below shows how it's trending in the latest mock drafts . In recent drafts, Mixon's current ADP is 2.06
Keep an eye out on his value going forward.
Jeffery Wilson RB (SF)
Jeffery Wilson Moves to active roster: Wilson was promoted to the 49ers' 53-man active roster, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Fantasy impact: This move was predicted days ago, as Wilson is expected to provide depth behind Matt Breida and Raheem Mostert with Tevin Coleman (ankle) out multiple weeks. Wilson was solid in limited opportunities last year, turning 66 carries into 266 rushing yards over the course of six games.
Wilson isn't currently being drafted in fantasy drafts right now.
Dontrell Hilliard RB (CLE)
Dontrell Hilliard Ruled out for Week 2: Hilliard (concussion) won't play in Monday's game versus the Jets, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Our take: Hilliard only had one carry in Week 1 versus the Titans, but it was a four-yard touchdown run that stole fantasy points from Nick Chubb owners. With Hilliard's absence, D'Ernest Johnson will work as the Browns' backup to Chubb, and Johnson isn't expected to have an established role, either.
Hilliard isn't currently being drafted in fantasy drafts right now.
LeVeon Bell RB (NYJ)
LeVeon Bell Listed as questionable: Bell (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Browns, Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News reports.
Our take: Just as head coach Adam Gase suggested Friday, Bell was able to participate in practice on a limited basis Saturday which would seem to suggest the star running back will be available for the team's prime-time matchup against the Browns. Unfortunately for Bell, he'll be without his starting quarterback as Sam Darnold was ruled out indefinitely with mononucleosis, leaving Trevor Siemian as the No. 1 quarterback come Monday.
Bell isn't currently being drafted in fantasy drafts right now.
Brandon Bolden RB (NE)
Brandon Bolden Not playing Sunday: Bolden (hamstring) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's contest against Miami.
What it means: Bolden was a limited participant in practice all week but evidently wasn't healthy enough to play in Week 2. Considering the Patriots are heavy favorites against the Dolphins on Sunday, it wouldn't be a surprise to see both Rex Burkhead and Damien Harris get work throughout the second half if the game gets out of hand, a possibility that is even more likely now with the veteran running back unable to play.
Bolden isn't currently being drafted in fantasy drafts right now.
